Personal Data Processing Consent
I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "World Peoples Assembly" (hereinafter — the "Operator"), registered at: Moscow, Uspensky Pereulok, 4A, TIN [ИНН], PSRN [ОГРН], to process my personal data under the following conditions.
1. Categories of Personal Data
This consent applies to the following categories of personal data:
For individuals:
- Last name, first name, patronymic (middle name)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Citizenship
- Gender
- Photograph
- Residential address (postal code, country, region, city, street, building, apartment)
- Place of work or study (organization name, position)
- Academic degrees, titles, achievements
- Additional information voluntarily provided in the relevant fields
- Identity documents (passport series and number, issue date, issuing authority, scan) — when voluntarily provided
For representatives of legal entities:
- Last name, first name, patronymic of the director and contact person
- Position of the director and contact person
- Phone numbers of the director and contact person
- Email addresses of the director and contact person
When registering for events:
- Additional data requested in the registration form for a specific event, the composition of which is specified in the form
2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
- Registration on the Website and providing access to the personal account
- User identification
- Processing and maintaining membership in the World Peoples Assembly
- Registration and participation in events organized by the World Peoples Assembly
- Payment processing (entry and membership fees)
- Sending notifications about the status of applications, payments, and events
- Compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
3. List of Actions with Personal Data
I hereby consent to the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction — using automated means and without them.
4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
I consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following third parties for the purposes specified in Section 2:

5. Data Storage
Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation (Selectel LLC, St. Petersburg), in accordance with the requirements of Part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006.
6. Duration of Consent
This consent is effective from the moment of its provision until its withdrawal, but for no less than the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes specified in Section 2.
7. Consent Withdrawal Procedure
7.1. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written request to: info@world-assembly.org or by mail to: Moscow, Uspensky Pereulok, 4A.
7.2. The Operator shall cease processing personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the withdrawal, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Consequences of consent withdrawal: upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator may deactivate the user's account, which will result in the inability to use the Website, participate in events, and maintain membership in the World Peoples Assembly. Data whose processing is required by law (accounting, tax) will continue to be processed until the established retention periods expire.
