Consent to the Dissemination of Personal Data
CONSENT to the processing of personal data permitted by the personal data subject for dissemination
(Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”; the content complies with the Requirements approved by Order of Roskomnadzor No. 18 of 24 February 2021)

This consent is given in electronic form by ticking a separate box in a form on the website or in the Operator’s mobile application.
1. Information about the personal data subject
1.1. The surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the User) are determined by the details of the User’s account in the Operator’s information systems.
1.2. The contact information — telephone number and email address — is determined by the details of the same account.
1.3. The User confirms the accuracy of the information provided and keeps it up to date.

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data permitted for dissemination
4.1. Informing an unlimited number of persons about the activities of the Assembly and about the events and competitions it holds and their results.
4.2. Publication of the programme of an event and information about speakers, moderators and session participants.
4.3. Publication of the participants lists of the event and information about the winners of the Assembly’s awards and competitions.
4.4. Coverage of the Assembly’s events in informational materials and in the mass media.
5. Categories and list of personal data for the processing of which consent is given
5.1. Personal data:
- surname, first name and patronymic (if any), including in Latin script;
- photographic image;
- country;
- name of the organisation represented and position held;
- information on the role and format of participation in the event (participant, speaker, moderator, award-winner);
- brief information on professional activity and achievements provided by the User;
- addresses of personal websites and social media pages specified by the User.
5.2. Special categories of personal data (concerning health, criminal records and others categories specified in part 1 of Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”) are not permitted for dissemination by this consent.
5.3. Biometric personal data for identification purposes are not permitted for dissemination by this consent. The photographic image is published solely for illustrative purposes and is not used to establish identity.
6. Categories and list of personal data in respect of which the User establishes conditions and prohibitions, and the list of such conditions and prohibitions
6.1. This consent is given by ticking a single box and covers the entire list of information set out in clause 5.1.
6.2. The User is entitled at any time to prohibit the dissemination of any of the following information:
- the photographic image;
- the name of the organisation represented and the position held;
- the addresses of personal websites and social media pages;
- brief information on professional activity and achievements.
6.3. The prohibition is set by the User independently in the Personal Account, in the section for managing the publication of their data, or by sending a request to the Operator at the email address info@world-assembly.org. The Operator shall terminate the dissemination of the information in respect of which a prohibition has been set within a period not exceeding three business days from the day on which the prohibition was established or the request was received.
6.4. The User is entitled to prohibit the transfer (other than the provision of access) of the disseminated personal data, as well as a condition of their processing, by sending a corresponding request to the Operator at the email address info@world-assembly.org.
6.5. The conditions and prohibitions set by the User do not apply in cases of processing of personal data in state, public and other public interests determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Conditions under which the personal data obtained may be transferred by the Operator
7.1. The Operator provides access to the personal data specified in clause 5.1 to an unlimited number of persons through the information resources listed in Section 3.
7.2. Transfer of personal data by any other means, including via the Operator’s internal network and via the information and telecommunications network “Internet” outside the resources listed in Section 3, is not authorised by this consent, save for transfer to mass media and to the Operator’s partners for the purpose of covering an event for the purposes specified in clause 4.4.
8. Term of the consent
8.1. The consent is valid from the day on which it is given until the day on which it is withdrawn or until the day on which the Operator receives a request for the termination of the transfer (dissemination) of personal data.
8.2. The consent may be withdrawn at any time: in the Personal Account, by sending a written request to the Operator’s address, or to the email address info@world-assembly.org.
8.3. A request for the termination of the transfer (dissemination) of personal data must contain the surname, first name and patronymic (if any) and the contact information of the User, as well as a list of the personal data the processing of which is to cease. The Operator shall terminate the transfer (dissemination) of the specified data within a period not exceeding three business days from the day on which the request is received.
8.4. Termination of the transfer (dissemination) does not entail the removal of the information from materials produced and put into circulation before the demand was received: print runs, previously published materials and materials distributed by third parties.
9. Procedure for giving consent
9.1. Consent is given by ticking a separate box that is not combined with any other consent. The box must not be pre-ticked, it must be ticked by the User only. The User's silence or inactivity does not constitute consent t.
9.2. The Operator’s information system records: the account identifier, the date and time at which the box was ticked, the list of information authorised for dissemination at the moment the consent was given, and any conditions and prohibitions subsequently set by the User, the revision of this document, and the network address and device details from which the action was performed. That information constitutes confirmation of the fact that consent was given.
9.3. Within a period not exceeding three business days from the moment of receipt of this consent, the Operator publishes information on the conditions of processing and on the existence of the prohibitions and conditions set by the User in respect of the processing of personal data permitted for dissemination.
9.4. Information on the consents given, the prohibitions thereof and the ability to amend or withdraw them are available to the User in the Personal Account.
9.5. This consent neither cancels nor replaces the consent to the processing of personal data or the consent to the publication and further use of a citizen’s image, which are given separately.
