This consent is provided in electronic form by ticking a separate box in a form on the website or in the mobile application of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations “World Peoples Assembly” (PSRN (OGRN) 1177700014887, TIN (INN) 9710036142, address: 4A Uspensky Lane, Moscow, 127006, Russian Federation) — hereinafter referred to as the Operator.
The person providing the consent (hereinafter referred to as the User) is identified by the details of the account in which the box is ticked. The date and time at which the consent is provided and the revision of this document are recorded automatically by the Operator’s information system.
1. Subject matter of the consent
By ticking the box, the User consents to the processing by the Operator his or her email address and telephone number for the purpose of sending informational messages about the activities of the Assembly and about the events and competitions it holds, by the following means:
1.1. sending SMS messages to the telephone number provided;
1.2. sending messages via messaging services, including WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, Viber and others, to the telephone number provided or to the account associated with it;
1.3. sending e-mails to the email address provided;
1.4. making telephone calls to the telephone number provided;
1.5. sending push notifications in the Operator’s mobile application.
2. Term and procedure for withdrawal
2.1. The consent is valid from the day on which it is given until the day on which it is withdrawn.
2.2. The consent may be withdrawn at any time: by following the unsubscribe link contained in every message received, in the settings of the Personal Account, or by contacting the Operator at the email address info@world-assembly.org.
2.3. Withdrawal of the consent terminates the sending of informational messages and does not affect the receipt of service messages relating to the operation of the Personal Account, the consideration of applications and participation in events.
3. Voluntary nature
The User is notified that refusal to give this consent does not prevent the creation of a Personal Account, joining the Assembly or participation in events.
4. Procedure for giving consent
4.1. Consent is given by ticking a separate box that is not combined with any other consent. The box must not be pre-ticked, it is must be ticked by the User only.
4.2. The Operator’s information system records: the account identifier, the date and time at which the box was ticked, the revision of this document, and the network address and device details from which the action was performed. That information constitutes confirmation of the fact that consent was given.
4.3. Information on the consents given and the ability to withdraw them are available to the User in the Personal Account.
