Mataru Singh — Chairman of the Indian Business Council of the World Peoples Assembly, Head of the Samara Chamber of Commerce and Industry's representative office in India — acted as an expert at the "Useful Breakfast" project in early July 2026 in Syzran. He informed local entrepreneurs about opportunities for attracting specialists from India to address business challenges in accordance with Russian legislation.

— In the context of an acute staffing shortage, local enterprises are facing serious difficulties: there is a lack of both skilled and unskilled workers. The Syzran Entrepreneurs Association has proposed one practical solution to businesses — the possibility of attracting specialists from India. Entrepreneurs simply must know about this opportunity, which is being discussed at the federal and regional levels, the event organizers say.

The "Useful Breakfast" generated great interest among representatives of various industries — from manufacturing to cleaning services.

— Today, the staffing issue is one of the most pressing for business. The shortage of personnel ultimately affects the development of the city, so it is necessary to have knowledge about all the opportunities provided by Russian legislation. Such meetings give entrepreneurs not just theory, but concrete tools that can be applied in practice. — noted Viktor Staroverov, Chairman of the Board of the Syzran Entrepreneurs Association.
