Program of the “World Public Summit. India” has been Announced
The World Public Summit. India a "New World: India in the Architecture of a Shared Future" will take place on March 23 - 26, 2026 in New Delhi. The Public Summit is organized by the World Peoples Assembly in cooperation with the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry; it will open the international cycle of regional public summits in 2026.
Following the results of a series of regional summits: "India", "Arab World", "Latin America", "Africa" and "Europe", practical initiatives and proposals of civil society will be shaped to be presented at the World Public Summit "New World: Values that Unite" in Moscow in September 2026.
The Summit in India reflects the country's growing role in shaping a new architecture of international cooperation. Today, India is one of the key centers of the emerging multipolar world, it actively participates in global humanitarian initiatives and holds the BRICS presidency in 2026.
Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the World Peoples Assembly, noted:

The main objectives of the Summit:
concretization and practical content of the values of the New World of conscious Unity based on the example of the Indian experience;
Build a suite of regional initiatives and “working models” from the countries of Asia and the Global South for inclusion in the agenda of the Second World Summit "New World: Values that unite";
strengthening the network of public diplomacy in the region, involving Indian NGOs, academia, business and youth in the activities of the World Peoples Assembly;
development of long-term cooperation between the World Peoples Assembly and Indian partners in key thematic areas.
Following the Summit, it is planned to adopt the Delhi Declaration, which will contribute to shaping the global agenda of the Second World Public Summit.

leadership of a New World of conscious unity;
tradition and innovation: the balance of heritage and modern development;
media and the humanitarian agenda of global dialogue;

The World Public Summit. India will become an international platform for dialogue between representatives of civil society, academia, business, international organizations and youth initiatives aimed at developing public diplomacy and forming new models of humanitarian cooperation.
The World Peoples Assembly is an international union of non—governmental organizations that forms a humanitarian platform for cooperation between the peoples of the world based on trust, mutual respect and shared values.
