The bright and heartfelt international campaign «Letters of Happiness» took place at the venue of the Second World Public Assembly «New World: Values That Unite», held in Moscow in September 2026.

An interactive zone was organized for all participants of the event: everyone had the opportunity to write their own «letter of happiness» and send it to any part of the world thanks to the support of «Russian Post».

The campaign’s thematic stand immediately attracted the guests’ attention. For two days, there was an unceasing queue of people wishing to choose a postcard, write warm words on it and personally drop it into the mailbox. The organizers smiled and called it «queue for happiness». The atmosphere around the stand was filled with sincere emotions and anticipation of a miracle, because every sent message became a symbolic bridge connecting people from different continents.

The postcards were based on works by participants of the International Festival «The World Paints Happiness» and the international creative campaign «Belt of Peace».

- Each card carries a unique drawing and a piece of its author’s soul: this is not just a postcard – it is an introduction to one another, an exchange of energy and hope - note the organizers.

As a result, more than 5,000 «Letters of Happiness» were sent to different corners of the planet. It turned into a real flow of good news stretching across borders and oceans.

The emotions of the campaign’s participants were also reflected in their feedback:

Isabelle (France):

- I never thought a simple letter could warm the heart so much! I wrote a message to a stranger in Brazil and felt part of something huge and bright. Thank you to the organizers for this opportunity!

Kenji (China):

- Very touching! I received a postcard from someone in Italy at the previous Assembly. We are now corresponding. Such projects unite the world better than any words.

Olga (Russia):

- I came with my daughter; she chose a postcard with a bright sun. We dropped it into the mailbox together; the child was happy! She says she is now waiting for a miracle in return.

The campaign curator, Head of the Department of Happiness of the World Peoples Assembly Marina Volkova, shared the philosophy of the project:

- Letters of Happiness are more than just mail. It is a way to say to the world: ‘I am here, I remember you, I wish you well’. Looking at the queues at our stand, you realize one important thing: people are tired of digital loneliness and crave living warmth. We give them the opportunity to touch another person’s happiness. We believe that such initiatives create that very fabric of trust between peoples. One postcard can change someone’s day, and thousands of postcards can change the world. Our campaign has once again proved: the language of happiness is understandable to everyone, regardless of nationality, age and borders.
