Head of the Department of Happiness of the World Peoples Assembly met with representatives of the Daulat Ram College in New Delhi

The working meeting of the Head of the Department of Happiness of the World Peoples Assembly, Marina Volkova, with representatives and management of the women's Daulat Ram College at the University of Delhi, took place on March 24, 2026, at the college building in New Delhi. The event was held as part of the World Public Summit: India "New World: India in the Architecture of a Shared Future".

The meeting was attended by:

  • Marina Volkova – Head of the Happiness Department of the World Peoples Assembly;

  • Savita Roy – Director of the Daulat Ram College, Head of the Department of the University of Delhi, Professor,

  • Dalbir Singh – Chairman of the One Globe Forum, President of the Foundation for Policy and Government, President of the Parliamentary Forum on Health, one of the co-founders of the World Peoples Assembly;

  • journalist Galina Sapozhnikova;

as well as the Summit delegates from Russia, India and Malaysia, the teachers of the University of Delhi, representatives of the faculty of the college.

Among the issues discussed were:

  • strengthening cooperation between Russia and India;

  • exchange of experience and traditions;

  • traditional family values;

  • education, upbringing, cultural development of children and youth;

  • support of international educational programs at the government level.

The participants noted that it is such initiatives that contribute to the rapprochement of nations and the formation of a shared future.

After a rich discussion, the delegation went on a tour of the campus. The guests saw the educational process from the inside, visited laboratories, the library, and other facilities.

– All the spaces of the college are literally imbued with the love of the teachers for the students and for their work, and with the belief in the prospects for development. All of us – representatives of Russia, India, and Malaysia – were touched by this special atmosphere. In addition, we had the opportunity to communicate with the students themselves in the library. They told us about their country, its culture and traditions with great love and pride, confirming our impressions, - said Marina Volkova at the end of the meeting. - We have new joint projects and great deeds ahead that will strengthen the friendship between our peoples!
