The presentation of the project "Children to Children: School of Diplomacy through Peace Lessons" helped identify the growth points of the project on the development of children's diplomacy between schoolchildren of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan.

The meeting at the site of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University was attended by:

Zulfiya Asrorova - lecturer at the Russian–Tajik (Slavic) University, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism, member of the World Peoples Assembly;

Zarina Shodieva - lecturer at the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University.

The participants discussed options for cooperation between students of the University and universities of Yekaterinburg on the development of creative economy and tourism.

Mikhail Samokhin held a presentation of the project "Children to Children: School of Diplomacy through Peace Lessons" for students of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University, and also spoke about how project activities affect not only the promotion of the region's brand, but also the development of international humanitarian cooperation.

The Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region have signed an agreement on cooperation in tourism, education and geology. The delegation of the project "Children to children: school of Diplomacy through Peace Lessons" became the first guests from Yekaterinburg who traveled along a difficult mountain road to the local center – the city of Khorog. A solemn reception was given to the representatives of the project at the Presidential School for Gifted Children in Khorog. National Pamir dances, Russian ditties, an exhibition of achievements and awards of talented children, an exhibition of decorative and applied art - all this became the subject for discussion of new areas of cooperation with the teachers of the school and the Director of the Presidential School Mavluda Boynazarzoda.

At Khorog State University, during a meeting with the rector of the University, Komilbek Amiderbek, the project participants discussed three areas of development of the educational agenda. Then Mikhail Samokhin and Mastbegim Oshurbekova conducted a master class for students on project activities in the field of international cooperation. The university has created a technical base for conducting teleconferences, what greatly facilitates communication and joint activities. It is planned that from the beginning of the new academic year, projects in public diplomacy between schoolchildren and students of the two countries will become the basis for long-term and effective cooperation in tourism, education and the preservation of traditional cultural values.

The Russian Cultural and Educational Center "Creation" (Tursunzade), headed by Marina Dik, organized a holiday in honor of the Day of Slavic Writing for guests from Yekaterinburg. The center "Creation" is a regular participant in the teleconferences to promote the Russian language and the project "Children to Children: School of Diplomacy through Peace Lessons", organized by the "Idea" Foundation for Social Activity. This time, Tajik and Russian children showed how they study each other's culture and languages together, how they preserve the historical memory common to our peoples.
