International Creative Festival «The World Draws Happiness»
International competition of children's painting and graphics uniting young artists from different countries in the theme of happiness
Project of the Happiness Department of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia and Africa. The competition is held in online and offline formats, includes exhibitions, master classes, lectures, meetings with artists. Participants' works become postcards for the 'Letters of Happiness' project.
