1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "World Peoples Assembly" (hereinafter — the "Operator", "World Peoples Assembly"), TIN [ИНН], PSRN [ОГРН], registered at: Moscow, Uspensky Pereulok, 4A, and any person using the website world-assembly.org (hereinafter — the "Website"), hereinafter referred to as the "User".
1.2. Registration on the Website and/or use of its functionality constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the Agreement by publishing the current version at world-assembly.org/en/terms. Changes are made by decision of the Presidium of the General Council of the World Peoples Assembly. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2. Definitions
2.1. Website — the internet resource world-assembly.org, including all its pages and functional capabilities.
2.2. User — an individual or legal entity registered on the Website.
2.3. Assembly Member — a User who has joined the World Peoples Assembly and paid the entry and/or membership fees.
2.4. Event — an occasion (conference, forum, seminar, etc.) organized by or with the participation of the World Peoples Assembly, for which registration is available through the Website.
2.5. Personal Account — a protected section of the Website accessible after authorization, containing profile data, payment history, event applications, and membership information.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Registration is required to use the Website's functionality. Two types of profiles are available:
- Individual — for citizens and individual participants
- Legal Entity — for organizations
3.2. Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Operator may request supporting documents.
3.3. After registration, a confirmation email is sent to the provided email address. Without email confirmation, Website functionality is limited: event registration is unavailable.
3.4. One email address may be linked to only one account.
3.5. The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. All actions performed under the User's account are considered to have been performed by the User.
3.6. The Operator may block or delete a User's account in the event of:
- Violation of the terms of this Agreement
- Provision of knowingly false information
- At the request of authorized government authorities
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. The User has the right to:
- Use the Website functionality in accordance with this Agreement
- Edit profile data in the Personal Account
- Register for events (with a confirmed email)
- Pay entry and membership fees
- Request deletion of their account and personal data
4.2. The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Promptly update profile information when data changes
- Not transfer account access to third parties
- Not use the Website for unlawful purposes
- Not take actions aimed at disrupting the Website's operation
5. Operator Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Operator undertakes to:
- Ensure Website availability (except during maintenance periods)
- Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
- Review User inquiries within established timeframes
5.2. The Operator has the right to:
- Modify Website functionality without prior notice
- Suspend the Website for maintenance
- Block accounts that violate the terms of the Agreement
- Reject event applications without explanation
6. Membership in the World Peoples Assembly
6.1. To obtain membership status in the World Peoples Assembly, a User must:
- Register on the Website and confirm their email
- Pay the entry fee
- Pay the membership fee
6.2. Entry fee amounts:

6.3. Annual membership fee amounts:

6.4. Membership provides the following benefits:
For individuals:
- Participation in online and offline meetings of the World Peoples Assembly members community
- Participation in the activities of the Assembly's specialized Councils
- Participation in the Assembly's educational and leadership programs
- Participation in regional World Public Summits
- Participation in final World Public Summits
- Assembly membership certificate
For non-profit organizations (additionally):
- Participation in the Assembly's educational program for NGOs
- Participation in the Assembly's grant competition seminars
- Presentation of projects at online and offline meetings of NGO partners of the Assembly and the WPA business club
- Participation in regional World Public Summits (delegation of at least 5 people)
- Participation in final World Public Summits (delegation of at least 3 people)
For commercial organizations (additionally):
- Participation in the Assembly's business club — an international community of socially responsible businesses
- Access to the Assembly's international business cooperation database
- Opportunity to join the Assembly's official delegation at key international exhibitions and forums (SPIEF, EXPO, BRICS/SCO forums) on special terms
- Participation as part of the Assembly's stands and delegations at international business events
- Inclusion in the WPA printed business cooperation catalog
6.5. Membership is valid for the paid period (1 year). To renew, the next membership fee must be paid.
6.6. Membership may be terminated:
- At the User's initiative — by sending a request to info@world-assembly.org
- By the Operator's decision — in case of gross violation of the Agreement
- By decision of the Presidium of the General Council of the World Peoples Assembly
6.7. Upon termination of membership, paid fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the Public Offer Agreement.
7. Events
7.1. Event registration is available to Users with a confirmed email.
7.2. When registering for an event, the User fills in a form whose fields are determined by the event organizer. The application may include document uploads.
7.3. Applications are processed by the Operator. Processing statuses:
- Pending — the application has been received and is under review
- Processed — the application has been approved
7.4. The ability to edit a submitted application is determined by the event organizer.
7.5. The Operator reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.
7.6. Individual events may have additional rules of participation and their own legal documents (personal data processing consent, rules, offer), published on the event page.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1. Payments on the Website are processed through payment systems:
- YooKassa (YooKassa LLC) — for payments in rubles
- Stripe — for international payments
8.2. Bank card data is processed exclusively by payment providers and is not stored on the Operator's servers.
8.3. Refund conditions are determined by the Public Offer Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All materials published on the Website (texts, images, design, logos) are the intellectual property of the Operator or are used with the permission of the rights holders.
9.2. By uploading content to the Website (photos, documents, files), the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive right to use this content for purposes related to the Website's operation.
9.3. Copying, reproduction and distribution of Website materials without the written consent of the Operator is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website.
10.2. The Operator is not liable for:
- Losses arising from the use or inability to use the Website
- Unauthorized access to the account due to the User's fault
- Actions of third parties
- Temporary unavailability of the Website for technical reasons
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. The pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory; the response period is 30 (thirty) days.
11.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to the court at the Operator's location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment of the User's registration on the Website and remains in effect until the account is deleted.
12.2. Relations not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
