“A Hundred Percent Well”: Moscow Discusses National Health Improvement System and Its Implementation Plan for 2027
The final of the All-Russian Health Festival “A Hundred Percent Well” took place on 19 October 2026 with the support of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on Health Issues.
Participants discussed the development model of the national health improvement system and its implementation plan for 2026–2027. In addition, the winners were announced during the event and the best projects selected based on the results of the all-Russian competitive selection were presented. A separate block of the program was the presentation of the digital platform “Health Map of Russia.”
The moderators of the meeting were Irina Pisareva, member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on Health Issues, President of the Federation of Preventive Medicine and Nutrition Specialists, and physician-nutritionist; and Andrey Popov, head of the All-Russian Health Festival “Great at a Hundred Percent,” author of the “Health Map of Russia” project, and President of the National Health Alliance.
The “A Hundred Percent Well” festival is a key event of the large-scale project “National System of Natural-Landscape, Climatic Opportunities and Technologies for Accessible and Mass Health Improvement of Russians.” The initiative entered the TOP-100 of the “Strong Ideas for a New Time” forum, surpassing 48,000 other applications. On 28 August 2026, the project was presented to the President of the Russian Federation at the plenary session of the forum in Nizhny Novgorod. The practical basis for implementing this idea was the regional program of the festival movement and the competition of best health practices.
In 2026, the World Peoples Assembly actively participated in the festival’s events and in organizing its international track. Together with the BRICS Health Coalition, it held a roundtable “Complementary Solutions for Active Longevity in the Context of Technology Transfer and International Cooperation” at the festival’s flagship event at VDNKh in August 2026.
- The development of the World Peoples Assembly’s project “Health Saving in New Protocols of International Interaction between the State, Science and Society” presupposes involvement in various initiatives that allow for the exchange of experience and the promotion of innovative health practices at the international level, - emphasized Tatiana Avgusmanova, Head of the Directorate for Sustainable Development of the World Peoples Assembly.
According to the speaker, partners especially value the practical experience in the field of health saving presented in 2026 through several landmark projects: the “Festival of Creative Health,” the development of a nutrition ration for pregnant women “Reproductive Plate,” television and radio lessons on healthy lifestyle culture, as well as the use of digital resources for the development of the health industry in various countries.
