Cooperation with the M.I. Rudomino Library of Foreign Literature was discussed at a Round Table on the Integration of International Events of Cultural, Educational and Scientific Organizations and Institutions
A round table on the integration of international events of cultural, educational and scientific organizations and institutions was held on June 4, 2026 at the M.I. Rudomino Library of Foreign Literature.

The Library of Foreign Literature, an institution of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation with a broad humanitarian profile, carries out not only library and bibliographic, but also scientific, informational, methodological, cultural, educational and educational activities. The library's weekly event plan includes more than 50 reading and writing clubs, exhibitions, excursions, presentations, meetings, lectures, workshops, conferences, language groups for learning Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, English, Arabic, German and other languages from elementary to advanced levels, and much more.
By cooperating with the library, the World Peoples Assembly not only expands the format of international intellectual and cultural interaction, but also creates professional communication platforms for common productive growth. Together with the BRICS Media Center, which was opened on the basis of the library in 2024, which directly cooperates with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and BRICS TV, the World Peoples Assembly holds meetings, scientific and educational excursions, discussion platforms on sustainable development, education, and public diplomacy.
One of the leading topics of the round table on June 4 was the strengthening of cooperation between the library and the World Peoples Assembly and the holding of joint events. A proposal was approved to combine the educational and awareness-raising activities of the Days of African Culture, Science and Enlightenment project with the partnership event Afrofest 2026, which has been taking place in Russia for 5 years with the support of the World Peoples Assembly. Since 2026, Afrofest, initiated by the Africa House, has received the organizational support of the Moscow Government as an event that promotes peace and harmony between Russia and the countries of the African continent.
During the round table, an agreement on cooperation between the M.I. Rudomino Library of Foreign Literature and the House of Africa was also signed. The signing was attended by the General Directors of the organizations Marina Zakharenko and Serge Phocas Odunlami.
