The Delhi Declaration was adopted at the World Public Summit in India
On March 25, 2026, in New Delhi, the Delhi Declaration was adopted at the World Public Summit: India "New World: India in the Architecture of a Shared Future". The document finalized the discussions, which were attended by the Summit participants – politicians, diplomats, scientists, representatives of business, media, religious and public organizations, as well as youth leaders – more than 1,500 people from more than 24 countries. The Summit in India was organized by the World Peoples Assembly and the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The main principle of the adopted document is "The unity of mankind through respect for civilizational diversity, personal dignity and shared responsibility for the future."
This principle captures the transition from dialogue to joint creation and serves as the ideological basis for the further development of global cooperation.
- Today’s event in New Delhi is more than an international event. A new logic of interaction has been laid here, the logic where values become the basis of politics, dialogue - a tool for development, and trust - the main resource of the future, - Svetlana Smirnova noted.
The Delhi Declaration will contribute to shaping the global agenda of the Second World Public Summit, which will be held in Moscow in September 2026.

THE DELHI VISION OF THE 21ST CENTURY
Humanity emerges a new era of its development — an era of increasing interconnectedness of peoples, rapid technological progress and expanding cultural dialogue.
The modern world reveals a wealth of civilizational diversity, which becomes a source of mutual enrichment, cooperation and sustainable development.
Shaping the architecture of a shared future requires strengthening trust between nations, developing a culture of peace and an open dialogue between civilizations.
The philosophy of the ancient Indian civilization Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - "The world is one family" today acquires a new global meaning, inspiring the international community to search for harmonious development models based on respect for diversity and responsibility for the fate of mankind.

The Delhi Summit opens a new stage of this movement - the stage of expanding the civilizational dialogue between the regions of the world and the formation of a value architecture for a shared future.
