Expanded Meeting of the Supreme Advisory Council will discuss Preparations for the World Peoples Assembly’s Anniversary
On May 29, 2026, the World Peoples Assembly will hold an expanded meeting of the Assembly Supreme Advisory Council "Towards the 10th anniversary of the World Peoples Assembly". The meeting will take place in a hybrid (online/offline) format. It will be attended by public figures from more than 40 countries.
The key issues on the agenda are:
The Second World Public Summit and Regional Summits in 2026;
a series of events "Towards the 10th anniversary of the World Peoples Assembly", dedicated to the anniversary of the organization, which will be celebrated on a large scale in 2027.
In the 9 years of its existence, the World Peoples Assembly has gone through a huge path of transformation. In 2017, the organization was founded as the Eurasian Peoples Assembly, uniting the countries of the Eurasian space. In 2024, reflecting the expansion of cooperation with African countries, the organization was renamed the Eurasian and African Peoples Assembly; and in 2025, based on accumulated experience and a wide range of international partners, it has received its current name.
Based on the need for a new conceptual approach to the peacemaking unity of peoples, the Assembly took the initiative to establish a World Public Summit. It is a new international communication platform for searching for the meanings of a shared future, discussing the prospects for constructive interaction between representatives of the international community, dialogue between cultures, religions and civilizations, dialogue between civil society institutions, business structures, government agencies, youth, and the media.
The first World Public Assembly "A New World of Conscious Unity" was held on September 20 - 21, 2025 at the World Trade Center in Moscow and became an international event, bringing together more than 5,000 participants from 153 countries. As a result of the event, the following key international documents were adopted:
The Declaration of the First World Assembly;
The Manifesto of Conscious Unity;
The Charter of the New World;
A Declaration of Happiness.
The Summit confirmed the growing international demand for the development of public diplomacy, humanitarian cooperation and the formation of unifying values.
The next stage in the development of the international platform is the establishment of the Summit as an annual international platform aimed at developing practical mechanisms for humanitarian cooperation, public diplomacy and international partnership.
The Second World Public Summit "New World: Values that Unite" will take place in Moscow in the fall of 2026 and will be devoted to forming the value basis of international cooperation in the context of modern global challenges.
In preparation for the Summit in 2026, an impressive series of major regional events are being held, including the World Community Summit: India (held in March 2026 in New Delhi), the World Community Summit: Latin America (Brazil, June), the World Community Summit: Africa (Ethiopia, July).
On May 29, 2026, the expanded meeting of the Supreme Advisory Council will discuss Summit preparations as the key issue.
