New Delhi Panel Session discussed What Leaders of a New World of Conscious Unity Should Be

Оn March 25, 2026, the panel session “Leaders of the New World of Conscious Unity” was held in New Delhi as part of the World Public Summit: India “New World: India in the Architecture of a Shared Future”. It was organized jointly by the World Peoples Assembly and the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The event brought together leaders of international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, experts in public diplomacy, as well as representatives of cultural, scientific, and educational institutions and centers from various countries. The participants discussed new approaches to governance in the context of cultural and social diversity, as well as the principles of forming a new generation of humanitarian diplomacy leaders.

The session was moderated by Yanina Dubeykovskaya, Advisor to the Chairperson of the General Council of the World Peoples Assembly, President of the Women's Influence Association. Opening the discussion, she emphasized that the modern world places new demands on management approaches, shifting the focus towards leaders who can build communication and strengthen interaction in the context of cultural and social diversity.

The speakers included:

  • Madhish Parikh – Founding Director of BRICS Youth Alliance (India);
  • Nurul Ashikin Binti Shamsuri – Founder of Fearless Foundation (Malaysia);
  • Phil Assange Trustee of the African Blindness Fund and Director of the Canadian branch of HOPE Worldwide;
  • Bibin Babu Founder of GrowQR AI, a platform for testing the skills and readiness of the workforce based on artificial intelligence;
  • Sashwat Pandey Youth leader, Curator of the World Economic Forum, former Chairman of the Asian section of the International Association of Political Science Students (IAPSS) (India);
  • Anshu Gupta Founder of Gunj and Gram Swabhimaan (India);
  • Rajendra Bana retired Major General, Director of the Army Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) (India)

and many others.

The participants of the session discussed the principles of forming a new generation of managers capable of acting in conditions of cultural and social diversity. They paid special attention to the philosophy of non-violence and service of Mahatma Gandhi, whose humanistic principles, according to the speakers, remain an effective tool for large-scale social transformation today.

The key topic of the discussion was how principles of service, awareness and unity can become a practical basis for professional development of leaders, promoting sustainable development and effective dialogue in society. During the session, the speakers shared their experiences in implementing public initiatives aimed at strengthening international cooperation and developing leadership potential among young people.

The panel session ended with a discussion, where the participants confirmed their high interest in shaping a new philosophy of leadership based on the principles of awareness and unity.
