An exclusive themed scarf has been released to mark the Second World Public Assembly, held in Moscow in September 2026. It is adorned with drawings by participants of the International Festival «The World Paints Happiness».

The central image of the silk accessory is the majestic Tree of Happiness, as the foundation of the unity of the peoples of the world. The Tree’s crown intertwines fragments of drawings by people from every continent: children from Russia, students from India, artists from China, masters from Arab countries and creators from the farthest corners of the planet. Each image is a sincere vision of what brings people joy: the smiles of loved ones, the beauty of their native nature, family traditions and dreams of the future.

- The Tree has been chosen as the central symbol for a reason: it evokes the antiquity of humankind, our deep roots and the connection between generations and eras. Its trunk is the lifeline of planet Earth, while its branches reaching toward the sun reflect hope and development. On the single canvas of the scarf, animals and plants characteristic of different regions have found their place, embodying a harmonious ecosystem of happiness, - say the project organizers.

At the very center of the Tree shines a Firebird feather - the heart of the entire composition. This choice is also symbolic: in Slavic culture, the Firebird is inseparably linked with happiness, good fortune and wonder. Its appearance has always heralded good news. In the context of the festival, it has become a symbol of rebirth, creative energy, and the light that every participant carries.

The feather, which is also the emblem of the Center for Sociocultural Rehabilitation and Development "Aggregator of Happiness" embodies concentrated energy of goodness capable of changing the world for the better. It effectively unites all the disparate fragments around itself, symbolising the project’s central idea: despite differences in traditions and languages, the aspiration towards light and happiness is universal.

The scarf has become an official attribute of the «Ambassadors of Happiness» - people whose mission is to create, unite and strengthen the foundation of a happy life. When an ambassador wears this scarf, they demonstrate to the world their commitment to the values of humanism and intercultural dialogue, and declare their position without unnecessary words: «We are different, but we choose happiness».

The composition depicted on the scarf is framed by the inscription: «The World Paints Happiness». It is written in four languages, each carrying its own inner meaning:

  • Russian - the language of the organizers and the soul of the project;

  • English - the language of global communication;

  • Chinese – the language as a symbol of ancient wisdom and the future;

  • Arabic - the language of a rich history and profound spirituality.

Rendered in different languages, the phrase not only displays the name and essence of the festival, but also invites people to join the festival movement. It reflects a deep understanding that our world is what we create with our own hands, thoughts and creativity.

The scarf «The World Paints Happiness» is a story of how thousands of children’s and adults’ hands, holding brushes and pencils in different parts of the globe, were able to draw one shared picture of hope. Now embodied in an elegant accessory, it can be worn as a refined and meaningful adornment, warming the soul with warmth and light.
