The creative evening of Kazakh composer, poet, President of the “World Through Culture” International Association, Deputy Secretary General of the World Peoples Assembly, and member of the Assembly’s Council on Spiritual Culture Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov was held on 19 October 2026 at the Y. Rakhmadiyev State Academic Philharmonic in Astana. The program of the event, dedicated to the Day of Spiritual Consent, included a concert portion and an interfaith roundtable.

Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov is the author of the idea for an important public initiative whose history began more than 30 years ago - with the first World Congress of Spiritual Consent in 1992. In 2010, with Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov’s direct participation, the World Forum of Spiritual Culture was organized, consolidating the foundation laid by the congress for broad international dialogue based on mutual respect and shared spiritual and moral values.

Since then, the theme of spiritual culture has firmly entered the global agenda. Today it is one of the key areas of activity of the Assembly of Peoples of the World, which annually marks the Day of Spiritual Consent and Spiritual Culture - a date that unites secular and religious traditions around universal human ideals.

In this context, the festive concert in Astana acquired special symbolic significance: it brought together selected works by Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov that have entered the golden fund of Kazakh classical music. The composer’s work is distinguished by deep attention to national color and a subtle rendering of emotional content.

The gathering became a significant cultural event in which the beauty of sound and the depth of meaning created an atmosphere of sincere unity. Such events confirm that spiritual culture is not merely a heritage of the past, but an effective resource for strengthening interethnic trust and building a harmonious future.
