On June 1, 2026, the headquarters of the World Peoples Assembly hosted an open conversation "Handle with Care: Childhood. The Youth Perspective", which brought together experts and representatives of the youth community from different countries. The event was timed to coincide with the opening of the international photo exhibition "Handle with care: Childhood!", dedicated to the theme of childhood as the most important stage in the formation of a person's personality and value system. It became a part of the celebration of International Children's Day.

Teachers, psychologists, representatives of youth organizations and public figures from different countries took part in the conversation. They discussed the influence of childhood on the formation of personality and life values, the role of family, school and society in child’s development, as well as the impact of digital culture on modern youth.

The participants of the discussion paid special attention to the issues of youth leadership, intercultural dialogue, as well as the creation of conditions in which children and young people can reach their potential and actively participate in the life of society.
