Rules of Participation in World Peoples Assembly Events
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules establish the procedure for participation in events (conferences, forums, seminars, summits, etc.) organized by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "World Peoples Assembly" (hereinafter — the "Organizer").
1.2. Registration for an event constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
1.3. Individual events may have additional rules published on the event page at world-assembly.org.
2. Registration
2.1. To participate in an event, you must:
- Be registered on world-assembly.org
- Confirm your email address
- Complete the registration form on the event page
2.2. The registration form fields are determined by the Organizer for each event. The application may include document uploads.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.
2.4. The ability to edit a submitted application is determined by the event settings.
3. Participant Requirements
3.1. Participants must:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Comply with the website's Terms of Service
- Follow the rules of the event venue
- Follow the organizers' instructions
3.2. Participants are prohibited from:
- Conducting unauthorized advertising or commercial activities
- Disturbing public order
- Interfering with the event proceedings
4. Photography and Video Recording
4.1. The Organizer may conduct photography and video recording during the event.
4.2. Recorded materials may be used by the Organizer for informational and promotional purposes: on the website, social media, and in printed materials.
4.3. Registration for the event constitutes consent to the use of the participant's image for the stated purposes.
5. Liability
5.1. The Organizer is not responsible for participants' personal belongings.
5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, date, time, or venue of the event, notifying registered participants by email.
5.3. The Organizer may remove a participant from the event in case of violation of these Rules.
