Public Talk "Language of Peace: Communication That Unites" will take place in Moscow State Linguistic University
On February 26, 2026 at Moscow State Linguistic University will host the Public Talk "Language of Peace: Communication that Unites". The event is organized by the World Peoples Assembly with the support of the Moroccan National Committee of the World Youth Festival and the Moscow State Linguistic University.
Topics for discussion:
- Language as a tool of peace: why communication is the basis of peace–building;
- Intercultural diplomacy of the 21st century: the role of youth, education and digital media;
- Global Initiatives and Soft Power: How countries promote culture through language;
- The World Peoples Assembly is a platform of unity: opportunities for youth.
Among the speakers:
- Moderator, Global Ambassador of the World Youth Festival in Morocco, Advisor to the Committee on Interregional Cooperation Marina Rybintseva;
- Head of the National Committee of Morocco of the World Youth Festival Nabil Belkass;
- General Director of the Project Office for Youth Diplomacy and Multipolarity, President of the National Preparatory Committee of Colombia for the World Youth Festival Juan Marco Gonzalez Cruz;
- Head of the LICAM International Network of Young Leaders, Global Defender of Peace – UN 2024 Hugo Alexander Garzon Navarrete;
- Expert in political sciences, an employee of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow Ksenia Slavgorodskaya;
- International Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the USA Christopher Helali.
Young people and their leaders, representatives of public organizations, experts in international cooperation, science, education, digital technologies, culture and interethnic dialogue, and anyone interested are invited to participate.
